DII Project Kicks Off with Steering Committee Meeting in Kosovo
The “Digital Inclusion Initiative – DII” project is a three-year regional project that started in December 2024 and is implemented by KEC in partnership with five partner organizations: Centar za obrazovne politike / Centre for Education Policy from Serbia, COI Step by Step from Bosnia and Herzegovina, МЦГО – Македонски центар за граѓанско образование / MCEC from North Macedonia, Civil Society Development Center from Albania and proMENTE socijalna istraživanja from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
DII Project Kicks Off with Steering Committee Meeting in Kosovo

The “Digital Inclusion Initiative – DII” project is a three-year regional project that started in December 2024 and is implemented by KEC in partnership with five partner organizations: Centar za obrazovne politike / Centre for Education Policy from Serbia, COI Step by Step from Bosnia and Herzegovina, МЦГО – Македонски центар за граѓанско образование / MCEC from North Macedonia, Civil Society Development Center from Albania and proMENTE socijalna istraživanja from Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

During 28 and 28 January, 2025 the first meeting of the Steering Committee of the project was held in Pristine Kosovo. The mandate of the SC is to determine the overall strategic direction of the project and monitor its implementation. During this meeting, the progress of the project to date was reviewed and the work plan for the upcoming period was discussed. The meeting also marked an important step towards regional coordination and cooperation within the project.

The project “Digital Inclusion Initiative – DII” is funded by the European Union and aims to strengthen the role of NGOs from the Western Balkans in promoting participatory democracies and the process of approximation with the EU, by strengthening their capacities for policy development and advocacy for digital inclusion.
