Through this partnership, the two organizations will work together to enhance digital inclusion and civic participation by implementing community-based activities in five municipalities in the western region of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The collaboration will focus on empowering local communities to better access and use digital tools, foster inclusion, and encouraging active citizen engagement in the digital space.

Within the DII consortium, Step by Step (SbS) leads the Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing component, while proMENTE Social Research from Bosnia and Herzegovina oversees the work package Impact Evaluation and Research Design.
