The workshop’s focus was on strengthening organisational capacities in research and evaluation methodologies, with particular emphasis on how to design research processes and collect reliable, high-quality data needed for meaningful evaluation and evidence-based decision-making.
Through practical sessions and peer exchange, participants built skills to support the monitoring, learning, and impact assessment within their organisations. The regional workshop was just the beginning of the entire process that will be followed with mentorship visits in each participating country. These visits will provide hands-on support to grassroots organisations, helping them to collect baseline data that will serve as the foundation for impact evaluation of digital inclusion activities.
