The Macedonian Civic Education Center (MCEC) and the Rural Coalition - Kicevo have formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding within the framework of the project “Digital Inclusion Initiative” (DII), funded by the European Union.

This partnership aims to empower civil society organizations to take a more active role in shaping inclusive policies, advancing digital equity, and promoting democratic principles aligned with the EU integration process.

Through this initiative, the Rural Coalition - Kicevo will boost its advocacy capabilities and carry out focused actions to foster digital inclusion in its local community.

The “Digital Inclusion Initiative – DII” project is funded by the European Union and aims to strengthen the role of CSOs from the Western Balkans in promoting participatory democracies and the EU integration process by enhancing their capacities for policy development and advocacy for digital inclusion.
