Over the next two years, MCEC and the Rural Coalition will work together to empower local communities by promoting equal access to digital tools and knowledge. The partnership focuses on enhancing the Rural Coalition’s capacity to advocate for inclusive digital policies, implement community-based initiatives, and ensure that rural populations are not left behind in the digital transformation process.

By combining MCEC’s long-standing expertise in civic education and digital literacy with the Rural Coalition’s grassroots engagement and local reach, this cooperation will contribute to creating a more connected, informed, and digitally inclusive society in North Macedonia.
