First Monitoring Visit to Genesis Project, Bosnia and Herzegovina
proMENTE Social Research successfully conducted the first monitoring visit to Genesis Project organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 16 – 18 February, 2026. This visit was part of the training process for baseline impact evaluation data collection.
First Monitoring Visit to Genesis Project, Bosnia and Herzegovina

It focused on the practical aspects of implementing the data collection process in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while also introducing the Genesis team to the key methodological foundations of impact evaluation, including:

  • The specific evaluation approach applied in Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • The measurement model and its conceptual framework
  • The structure and purpose of the research instruments

The major objective of the visit was to ensure that the Genesis team is fully equipped to conduct data collection in a standardized and methodologically consistent manner, in line with impact evaluation requirements.

On the second day, the Genesis team conducted a pilot testing of the questionnaire, experiencing the entire data collection process firsthand. The pilot provided important feedback from participants, which enabled further refinement and adaptation of the instruments to the local context. Following the pilot phase, the team also went through the process of data entry and coding, strengthening their capacity to manage and prepare collected data for analysis.

This monitoring visit marks an important step in ensuring high-quality and reliable baseline data collection and reinforces our collaborative efforts toward rigorous and meaningful impact evaluation.

We look forward to the next steps of the process!
