This coalition will serve as a platform for cooperation to advance digital inclusion, by addressing national needs and priorities for improving digital infrastructure, strengthening digital skills, promoting inclusive policies, and encouraging community participation.
During the meeting, the National Report on Digital Inclusion, which was prepared by the project expert, was presented. The report identifies all the measures undertaken regarding the advancement of the legal framework and the latest changes related to support for digital inclusion, as well as provides an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities for digital transformation in Albania, ensuring an inclusive digital environment.
This meeting and the presentation of the report mark an important step toward advocating for digital inclusion in Albania, providing a strong foundation for the development of policies and activities that address the needs of vulnerable groups in this field.
